Frequent Modifications as business model evolves
As we establish and fine-tune the e-Erudite’s business model the number of half hour free trials a student can take as well as many other features and terms may be frequently modified. Our agreement with tutors, including financial and other terms of that agreement, may also be frequently modified. As below, many other features and terms may also be frequently modified. |

Changes to Terms of Use
e-Erudite reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" located at the bottom of the home page of the e-Erudite’s Web site. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. Any such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting to the site and your continued use of the site, Services and/or Software constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes. e-Erudite may add, change or eliminate features, pricing, nomenclature and other aspects of the Services and make other changes at any time and these Terms will continue to apply to the Services as modified. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the site or the Services. Registration
To use website, you will need to subscribe on the site and obtain an account, with your email ID as your user-name and a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account(s), and password(s) and for all activities and liabilities associated with or occurring under your account(s), and password(s).You agree that: |
a) That information about yourself that you provide will be true, accurate, current and complete (such information being "Your Data").
b) You will maintain and promptly update Your Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
c) You will not to use the site, the Services or the Company Content to recruit, solicit, or contact in any form Tutors or potential Customers for employment or contracting for a business not affiliated with us without our advance written permission. |
Tutors and prospective tutors will be required to certify that all information they provide in their Resume/Profile is true and correct to the best of their knowledge. We reserve the right to verify any information in a tutor's Resume or Profile from third parties and to administer to tutor or prospective tutor any Subject(s) or other test/interview at any time (before or after profile approval). At any time we can remove a tutor, at our sole discretion, for any reason or for no reason at all. |

| Tutoring Programs |
*Conditions
Once you have purchased a Regular Tutoring package for a subject you can get a maximum of 26 tutoring sessions for that subject in one month, subject to availability of tutors. Users typically schedule sessions in advance and might have to book sessions at a time that might not be their first choice. e-Erudite has the right to place temporary restrictions on usage during peak hours or with certain tutors to ensure equitable availability of sessions to all customers. e-Erudite reserves the right to change the description of the unlimited tutoring package whether it is to place restrictions on usage, limiting the subjects, sessions, tutors or any other parameters considered "unlimited" without notice. |
*Pricing
e-Erudite reserves the right to change prices of its Tutoring packages without advance notice and to offer promotions periodically to certain group of customers and thus not available to all customers. Prices will not rise during the current month of subscription or during the duration of a test prep package but can change for subsequent months or test prep packages. |
*Hours of availability
e-Erudite provides a 24X7 tutoring service. Tutors are available around the clock though a customer might not always get a tutoring session when they need due to unavailability of tutors for their subject at the specific time or due to technology problems or during a site maintenance window. |
*Services & Holidays
Please note that our tutors are from USA and India and they may not be available on major religious or national holidays of these countries. Such days will not amount to more than 5 days of the 365 days (or 366 days in case of a leap year) of the year. |

Transactions with Tutors
Tutors in our database have not been screened. e-Erudite is not responsible for the accuracy or legitimacy of the information provided by registered tutors. Any opinions, advice, statements, services or other information that that is provided to you by a tutor is only that of the tutor and not of e-Erudite, or its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees. Under no circumstances shall e-Erudite or its shareholders, directors, officers, directors, or employees be held liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained from a tutor. It is your responsibility to evaluate any information, opinion, statements, services or advice provided by the tutor.
If you have a dispute of any kind with one or more tutors, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Conditions for becoming a tutor
To tutor at e-Erudite a Bachelor's degree is required. In addition tutor's knowledge of the subject must be thorough and tutor should plan to teach only the subject(s) he/she knows best. Anyone with these basic qualifications is welcome to send the CV/resume through the website. Tutors whose profiles are approved will undergo interview and training and then are ready to tutor on our website. Selection of tutors is solely at our discretion and we do not divulge all our criteria.
Tutors and prospective tutors will be required to certify that all information they provide in their Resume/Profile is true and correct to the best of their knowledge.
