| 1. What is an interactive electronic whiteboard? |
An electronic whiteboard is a white rectangular area on a computer screen, on which we can write or draw using a digital pencil. A digital writing pad – a tablet with the size of a mouse pad, and a digital pencil – a mouse which looks like a pen, are used to simulate the experience of writing with a pencil. |

| 2.What is the technical requirement for online tutoring? |
For online tutoring, either you need a computer (Pentium II or above), with Windows 2000/XP/Vista, OR, an Apple MAC, with:
A soundcard
One USB port
An Internet Service Provider (ISP)
A 56K (or faster) modem. For best performance a high-speed connection like DSL or Cable or any other broadband connection is recommended.
Computer microphone and speakers or, alternatively, a headset/microphone combo (the second alternative is recommended for high quality sessions).
A digital writing pad and a digital pencil.

| 3.How safe is my credit card info? |
Funds can be added to your student account Credit Balance by using either a credit card or a PayPal account. Both kinds of transactions are handled via PayPal.com, which is owned by Ebay. We have set up with PayPal so that they alone (and not our company) deal with your credit card and other info. The entire transaction takes place at their website, and after the transaction you are returned to our website.

| 4. What are the requirements for taking paid sessions? |
You must have enough balance in your Credit Card or PayPal Account to cover any Service Offering. If you are under 18 years of age you must obtain parent/legal guardian's permission before performing any transactions.

| 5.How long is one session? |
When you schedule a session, by default, the session length will be 60 minutes. The only exception is a personal demo session which will last for 15 minutes and will be followed up with a counseling session.

| 6.What happens once I enroll? |
While you enroll, you are asked to fill minimal details (Name, Grade, Subject, Service Offering Selected, Timezone, Email ID, etc.). Once you have enrolled and your payment is cleared by PayPal, we will send you a separate email ID and a default password on your personal email ID. Once you reset the password, this separate email ID will be the point of all communication to and from e-Erudite. You will get a Welcome Mail at this email ID which will contain all the information, contact numbers and email formats that you will need to use the website.

However, in case of a personal Demo request, no separate Email ID will be created. You will be sent a ‘Demo Invite Link’ along with instructions at your Email ID itself. You must log in by using the ‘Demo Invite Link’ at least five minutes prior to the scheduled demo session time. Once you log in, you will find a tutor available for the session. (If tutor has emailed any instructions or guidance please follow them). The tutor and you keep the time and end the session. The tutor will then provide a counselling session. It is recommended that parents join the counseling session, especially in cases where student is less than 18 years of age. |

| 7.How do I schedule a session? |
When you want to schedule on a session, send an email request at least 12 hours prior to the session time on support@e-erudite.com. The session request mail should state the grade, subject, and exact topic you need help with. An email is sent to the tutor stating that a request for a session has been made. A tutor is always expected to accept unless there are exceptional circumstances. The tutor will accept the request and email you the confirmation and ‘Session Invite Link’. The tutor will login no later than 10 minutes prior to the session start time.

| 8.Once I schedule a session, is the appointment confirmed? |
No, the tutor will get an email regarding your request for a session. The tutor will have to accept the session. Once tutor accepts, you will get an email confirming the session and the ‘Session Invite Link’ in the email. A tutor may occasionally, for some reason, decline a session, in which case you will receive an email regarding the refusal.

| 9. What do I have to do at the time of a scheduled tutoring appointment? |
You must log in by using the ‘Session Invite Link’ at least five minutes prior to the scheduled session time. Once you log in, you will find a tutor available for the session. (If tutor has emailed any instructions or guidance please follow them). The tutor and you keep the time and end the session.

| 10.Can I cancel an appointment I scheduled with a tutor? |
Yes, you can cancel the session at any time prior to the start time of the session by replying to the email containing confirmation and ‘Session Invite Link’. You can cancel a session request already accepted by a tutor as well as a session request which is pending for tutor’s response. However, we recommend that you only request appointments that you are sure you can keep and avoid cancellations as much as possible.

| 11.Are there any Cancellation Charges? |
There are no cancellation charges, except, in case where you cancel a session which has already been accepted by a tutor. Even in such cases, if cancellation is made two hours or less than two hours prior to the session time, only then you will be charged for the session. For example, you requested a session at 4:00 PM, GMT on Monday. If you cancel the session at any time until 2:00 PM, GMT on Monday, you will not be charged. However, cancellation at any time after 2:00 PM, GMT on Monday will be fully chargeable.

| 12.Can a tutor cancel an appointment I scheduled? |
No, only a student can cancel an appointment. A tutor is not allowed to cancel an appointment that has been made by a student. However, if due to unavoidable circumstances (like internet connection breakdown or site maintenance issues) a tutor does not show up, you will not be charged for the cancelled session as well as the next session. You will get an email to apprise you of the situation and request you to reschedule the session. The rescheduled session will also be free of charge.

| 13. Referral Offer? |
Referral Offer is valid for Regular Tutoring Programmes, Assignment Help and Specific Topic Tutoring Programmes; with a total price payable of $30 or more. The number of free hours will vary from an hour to six hours, depending on the price of the Service Offering subscribed for. The hours will be valid 60 days from the date the new student’s payment is cleared. While subscribing, the new student must mention the email ID of the existing student in the Comments Column. |

| 14. Combined Tutoring Offer? |
Combined Tutoring Offer is valid for Regular Tutoring Programmes and Specific Topic Tutoring Programmes. To avail combined tutoring, an additional fee ranging from $5 to $30 is to be paid over and above the listed price. The fee amount will depend on the price of the selected Service Offering. The total subscription amount will be credited from a single PayPal Account. Details will be filled in for the PayPal Account Holder. The Account Holder will be contacted to get details for the second student. Two separate ID’s will be created for both the students. Session request can be put in by any of the students. However, the sessions shall always be conducted only when both the students are present. In exceptional circumstances where only one student wants to go ahead for the session, a written permission from the other student is required. The session so conducted will be regularly charged.

| 15. Discount Offers? |
Discount Offers are applicable for a combination of any two or more Service Offerings out of Regular Tutoring Programmes, Assignment Help and Specific Topic Tutoring Programmes. To avail this offer, the total amount for the selected service offerings should be $100 or more. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. |
